Eligible projects can be considered for the top-three awards. Particularly compelling business pitches may also attract follow-up or potential funding interest from investors who attend, subject to their independent assessment.
Network with students, founders, industry guests, and investors who attend. Investor interest and any funding decision are entirely at the investor’s discretion; neither a pitch nor attendance guarantees investment or a meeting with any specific person.
Complete your details and payment transaction code. Registration is KES 500 per person.
Please read before registering.
Students from any course and field may register. You may register to present an idea or project, to attend and network, or to do both. Project awards apply to eligible projects judged under the published criteria; an attendee-only registration is not a project award entry.
The announced physical venue is Nairobi Garage, Karen, with the programme planned for 10:00 AM–10:00 PM on 12 and 13 December 2026. The programme is intended to be hybrid. Venue access, session schedule, and online joining details will be communicated to registered participants.
The stated awards pool is approximately US$2,300, representing KES 300,000 at an indicative exchange rate, for the top three eligible projects under the published judging criteria. Strong business pitches may also have the potential to attract funding interest or further discussions with investors participating in the event. Any such interest, investment, amount, or decision is solely at the relevant investor’s discretion and may depend on their own due diligence and terms. Funding is not guaranteed, and the awards pool is separate from any potential investor funding. Confirm prize funding, allocation, eligibility rules, and judging arrangements before treating the awards as a final offer.
If the organiser materially changes or cancels the core programme, registered participants will be notified and informed of the applicable refund process. Participant cancellation requests and statutory rights will be handled in accordance with the published terms and applicable Kenyan law. Contact talent@zova.co.ke for payment or refund enquiries.
Registration information is used to administer the event and communicate with participants. Participants retain ownership of their submitted ideas and work; submitting a project does not transfer its intellectual property to ZOVA. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorised to disclose. Publicity use of names, photographs, or project details should be covered by separate permission where required.
